One programme. Two ways to commit.

The internship route is free of tuition. You pay no money at any point. In exchange, after the three-week mutual-fit period, you contribute two hours a day from Monday to Friday, which is ten hours a week for twenty weeks and 200 hours in total. We call it tuition-free rather than free because that second part is a real commitment and you should be able to see it before you apply, not after.

Two reasons, and both are honest. First, six months of live teaching and individual feedback is a significant amount of my time, and the internship is what makes a tuition-free place possible. Second, commitment predicts completion. Programmes that cost nothing and ask nothing have very high dropout, and a cohort that empties out in month two is worse for everyone still in it.

No. It is a supervised learning commitment with a fixed hour cap, and it is not employment. There is no salary, no employment relationship and no obligation continuing after the programme ends. If any work you do becomes commercially billable client delivery, it stops being internship work and moves into a separate paid arrangement. The final wording and label are subject to review by employment counsel in Bangladesh.

Work that is aligned to what you are studying at the time. Research tasks, content briefs and production, marketing operations such as tracking setup or dashboard building, portfolio builds, internal experiments and community-supporting tasks. Every task comes with a written brief and supervision. If you are in month two studying SEO, you will not be handed something from month five that you have not been taught yet.

Not as unpaid internship work. This is the clearest line in the whole model. Internship tasks are approved portfolio, practice, internal or community-building initiatives. If something you produce is going to be invoiced to a client, you are paid for it separately at a market-appropriate rate.

There is no salary, and the internship itself is not paid. Two things can bring money in. If work you produce becomes commercially billable, it moves out of the internship into a separate paid arrangement at a market-appropriate rate. And if you generate a lead, through your own outreach or a referral, that becomes a paying Influent.pro client, you receive 15 percent of that project's total value as a commission. Both are additions to the internship rather than replacements for any part of it, and neither is a promise of income.

Coursework and portfolio projects are yours. For internship tasks, ownership depends on the task and is stated in the brief before you start it, never afterwards. [Final intellectual property terms to be confirmed in the written agreement]

Yes, that is the intention. Internship tasks are chosen so that the output is suitable for a redacted learner portfolio. Where a specific task genuinely cannot be shown, you are told that at the briefing stage, before you spend hours on it.

Yes. Identical sessions, identical feedback, identical rubrics and assessments, identical community access and the same academic completion certificate. Your route is a commitment choice, not a quality tier, and nobody in the cohort will know which route you are on unless you tell them.

No. Graduates who do strong work may be considered for paid roles or freelance work at Influent.pro, but there is no guarantee of employment, a contract, a role or any level of income. This programme also carries no placement statistics, because there are no graduates yet and we will not invent one.

Eight to ten academic hours a week for all 24 weeks, with the live classes on Saturday and Sunday. On the internship route, add two hours a day from Monday to Friday during the twenty-week contribution period, which is ten hours a week, so roughly nineteen hours in a typical week. Tell us in advance and take the day. Illness, exams, travel and family commitments are all normal, and none of them is treated as a failure. The one thing that does not work is disappearing: if you miss three consecutive days without telling anyone, your place on the tuition-free route ends. It is a hard rule rather than a warning system, because a tuition-free place is funded by the contribution and the rest of the cohort depends on the work being predictable. Paid seats carry no internship and no daily commitment, so this does not apply to them.

No marketing experience is required. What matters is that you can follow technical instructions in English, protect the weekly hours, and keep going when the first version of your work comes back with corrections on it.

A laptop or desktop computer, not a phone alone. Google Tag Manager, Google Ads and Looker Studio are not realistically usable on a phone. You also need a connection stable enough for live video, though recordings exist for the days when it is not. [Minimum device specification to be confirmed]

Sessions are taught in Bangla and English mixed naturally, the way most of us actually talk about this work. Tools, documentation, written assignments and rubrics are in English, because that is the language the industry runs on and pretending otherwise would not help you.
